Their first victim is always themselves, and it's always sad, actually. Nobody wants to become a Nazi. But nobody asked or asks to be the victim of Nazis, either, so that's where the friction comes in, and the priorities, and the need to handle them as the perpetrators they are and to disarm them, before moving to treat them as the victims they also are.
